At KEDS, we believe that an equal and inclusive workplace is the key to a stronger, more innovative, and more successful company. Gender equality is not just a goal – it is a daily commitment, supported by concrete actions and a clear vision for the future.
As a company, we are proud to have taken significant steps toward this goal:
- We are the first company in Kosovo to sign the Seven Principles of UN Women, setting a new standard for gender inclusion.
- 50% of our Board of Directors are women, proving that equal leadership brings real change.
- Through KEDS Academy, we continue to support and empower young people, especially girls and women, in building a successful career in the energy sector.
To further strengthen this commitment, all our projects and initiatives are built around three key objectives:
